Phil Hearn is a writer based in Baltimore. His fiction has appeared in such magazines as Post Road Magazine, Potomac Review, Grist, Barrelhouse, and Pithead Chapel. His work has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize.

He is currently working to put his first novel out into the world.
